once you receive your commission, you are free to do whatever you wish to.i will not be held responsible for misconduct or misuse of your commissioned artwork (or) model. it is up to you to not do anything morally wrong or illegal with the creations.disrespect of me, or my terms of service will result in a blacklist. blacklists are typically permanent, but can be appealed depending on what was done.in the case where a cancellation is made, i reserve the right to use unfinished assets and/or parts of the cancelled commission models for future models.
BE CONSIDERATE
- self explanatory, but please be nice to me. ive had many rude clients in the past and i wish to not experience that again. i
n cases where i have to cancel a commission due to a rowdy client, you will be told the exact reasoning.- you will get updates when they're available. please dont spam me to send you wips, i try my best to send them when i'm able to. i have physical health reasons to not be working all the time. i often also experience extreme burnout unfortunately. but, your model will be completed. this is the reason why i can't do deadlines.- i am human just like you, i'm not intentionally trying to scam or take advantage. i sometimes forget to communicate, so i apologize if i don't immediately respond within the day.
COMMISSION PROCESS (incl. Refunds)
- when you commission me, you do not pay me until you approve of the head - that way, you can ask for changes to the head before i continue or cancel if you do not like how the model is going by that point.- once approved, i will not continue until i am paid in complete full. this does apply to payment plans.- after full payment, only then i will continue your model.
NSFW CONTENT
- you must provide proof of age to me in dms before you can commission me for nsfw. you can delete it once i confirm, just need to be sure first.- i cannot model female anatomy well enough to offer it as an option, so i apologize. additionally, i will not model breasts as i am not confident with those either. i can attempt, but if i dont like the outcome i will not follow through with breasts.
